CONFUSED

There seems to be a lot of confusion around the police from overseas and whether they will be doing what the leader of the nation stated a few weeks back. There seems to be a complete turnaround in a supposed investigation that the overseas cops were supposed to do.

PAY ISSUE

The word on the grapevine is that some government bureaucrats are not very happy after a legal office was given a pay rise, and they were left out. The pay discrepancy is a serious issue to some who are now thinking of private sector employment.

SURCHARGE

A hardware company has added a delivery surcharge to compensate for the rising price of diesel. This is on top of the increased price of hardware supplies. Building a home in Samoa has become truly expensive.

WATER

One of the issues faced by some families during heavy rain is disruption in the supply of water and the supply of dirty water. This exposes a water supply system that needs massive improvement.
