INSTRUCTED

Was it an instruction and not a request from the high office for a chiefly title? That is what the voices in the wind are saying.

BLOCKED

It would be interesting to see if the media police will try to block some members of the foreign media due to arrive in the country to cover an international event. Not all local media were issued with accreditation. The same treatment may await some outspoken foreign media.

TWO PATHS

The two bills discussed in the House took two different paths. One was rushed into a law and the other referred back to a committee for consultation.

FIGHTS

Even primary school students are ganging up and fighting. Students from an all-boys primary school were said to be targeting a school from Vailele after losing a football match.

UNDERSIZE

The fish population within the reef looks headed towards a decline. Roadside fish vendors are actively getting away with selling undersized fish. The smaller crime in this is the price they are being sold for.

DEMANDING

Begging has turned into demanding at some spots around town. There are some people demanding the loose change as they leave shops. Begging is outlawed.
