Between the Lines

 EXODUS

There could be an exodus of experienced professionals out of the country. Many have already left, leaving large gaps to be filled and many are considering their options. This situation has nothing to do with seasonal work.

DISCIPLINE

Was there ever a disciplinary procedure initiated for the police officer who was caught kicking a student in a video? What is happening within the disciplined forces?

THROWING STONES

Stones and other items were thrown during a fight over the weekend. It was lucky that the reckless act of throwing stones did not injure anyone. People have been charged in the past, as lives have been lost.

RESPONSIBLE

A responsible citizen has called out to whoever owns a small herd of cattle to come and collect them. The usual practice is shooting the cattle, slaughtering them and sharing the meat.

DRUG TESTS

The word is that the government plans to start the drug tests for civil servants next week. Could such an action be possible without having policies in place?

RAGING

Road rage after an accident will only lead to more issues. Call the police and let them sort things out. This is also only possible when vehicles involved in accidents are roadworthy, and drivers have licenses.
