DANGEROUS

The number of passengers to the number of buses is increasing exponentially. People are now sitting at the back of buses, which is usually for luggage. It is a very dangerous practice. Serious thought should be given to increasing public transportation and improving safety.

LOCKED INSIDE

It was a technical glitch that left many stranded outside and more locked inside a new supermarket because of its automatic doors malfunctioning. Those affected have questioned whether there was an emergency exit that they could have used.

APALLING

An individual visiting from abroad says she is appalled at the lack of action by the boys in blue after making a report about a domestic violence situation at an accommodation. She claimed her first phone call was cut off, and even after making a complaint, no one showed up to check on the safety of the complainant.

CHICKEN

With chicken prices soaring lower than recommended prices, many people are wondering why this is not reflected in the price of food that contains chicken. No one makes noises when profits are being made.

NO BUSES

Many university students were left without transport to school, with the operators foregoing their regulars for cruise ship passengers. A cruise ship arrives this Thursday morning as well.

CAUSE

The freshly cleaned drains in Vaietele are showing signs of litter again. It is a wonder that people raise issues about flooding and ask authorities to do something when they are the cause of the problem.
