NO FILLING
Some recently bought keke-puaa have not been so filling because they literally have had no fillings inside. People have shared pictures of empty buns covered in sauce, minus the meat filling.
TRAFFIC STOPPER
Traffic was halted early this week as a woman chose to make a pedestrian crossing near Pesega, her bed. The woman had sheets of clothes tossed around her as she lay in one of the lanes heading towards the town. No one was injured.
BOTHERING
Some businesses are concerned that people with mental health issues are deliberately targeting them because they know there are no consequences for their actions. A business in Fugalei ended up calling the police after a woman with known mental disorders kept bothering customers. There is very little the police can do.
MANUAL GEAR
A navy blue police truck donated by the Australian Government, with no number plate,s was seen in Malifa on Tuesday afternoon. The driver also did not have full control of the vehicle as it rolled back twice when the traffic lights turned green. It must have been a manual transmission, and the driver was only experienced with automatic transmissions.
STREET LIGHTS
A large number of street lights in Vaitele and Faleulua are not working. Pedestrians are finding it difficult to navigate, with some using torch lights from their phones. It is also an invitation to unwanted visitors with criminal intentions.
