A video showing how little things, including misuse of time and government resources is corruption is a great production. It could do well if the video is viewed by all civil servants.

While they are established by government legislation and accountable to parliament, they operate independently to prevent political pressure from causing economic instability.

When appointments are handpicked, and the appointees are paid very well, how does such a department stay clear of pressure when dealing with matters involving those who appointed them?

COINCIDENCE
