Most things are still in limbo. The law that needed a two-thirds majority was passed in parliament, however, what needs to be answered is whether has it become law yet.

SITTING

The stronghold on parliament sittings is maintained. Does this mean that other sittings of parliament may not take place? Important laws need to be discussed and then there is the national budget.

DEMAND

Businesses and residents are now looking for alternative power supply. The profiteers in this are the importers of generators. No harm in making money when there is a demand.

BLACKED OUT

The power outages also resulted in revealing how many places that people would have thought had generators but were in the dark. Could the constant blackouts affect the generators?

DAREDEVILS

Daredevils meet their fate earlier than others. This should be a message relayed to those daredevil bicycle riders who ride on the highway during the blackout without lighting and reflectors.

COACH

June will be the first international Test window for Manu Samoa and the qualifiers for the World Cup. There has been no coach appointed, does the rugby union want the captain to lead the team without a coach?
