Between the Lines

CLOAK AND DAGGER

The Government’s press department made very hush of major Government events including the ones attended by the New Zealand Foreign Minister and the deal with China. A good government is a transparent one, something which can be learnt from cabinet minister in Australia and New Zealand who always open to the media so they can be open to the public.

OUT OF TIME

The irony of it all. There have been instances when heads of government departments do not respond to queries by the media saying they do not have the time. Funny they have the time to express their views on their personal social media pages. Where did this time come from?

COURT MEETING

It will be an interesting day in court. Two suspended parliamentarians will be make their court appearance while in the next court room two men will appear for pre-sentencing. The latter two have been convicted of plotting to kill one of those MPs. Hope they smile and wave at each other.

UNHAPPY NEIGHBOURS

The American Samoan public is outraged after finding out how much money was given to the visiting delegation from our country. Many are saying that the same money could have been used to pay overtime for nurses or improve the hospital.
