Vodafone Samoa has announced a partnership with Tower Insurance Samoa to enable their customers to pay their insurance premiums online using M-Tala.

In a press release issued on Friday, which announced the partnership between the local telco and the insurance firm, the partners said Tower Insurance has revolutionised insurance in the region with their digital self-service platform known as "My Tower".

And thanks to the partnership, Tower customers who have a car, house or contents policy, can pay their premiums using “M-Tala” which is Vodafone Samoa's mobile financial service.

Vodafone Samoa Chief Commercial Officer, Sudhir Thangarajan said that making access to their services convenient for their customers is their priority.

"At Vodafone Samoa, our ultimate objective is to make all our services easy and convenient for our customers. Our partnership with Tower Insurance Samoa is a significant milestone in achieving this goal," said Mr. Thangarajan. "By integrating our robust M-Tala platform with Tower Insurance, we are helping to empower customers to pay their insurance premiums online, securely and effortlessly.

To use this new payment option, Tower Insurance customers need to register for an M-Tala account. Once registered, they can effortlessly make premium payments through the M-Tala mobile wallet by dialling *175# from Vodafone Samoa number.
