Schools are about to start soon and many students will be returning to schools with missing teachers. About time retired educators are brought back into the system.

Another truck was spotted on the main roads and this time it was taking concrete rubble from a demolished building. Other vehicles were at least 20 metres away as the rubble kept falling on the road.

SHOCKED

Overseas Samoans who had not been home for almost a decade were taken aback by the number of children vending at night. They hoped this situation could be dealt with.

WHY SO QUIET
