I am a mother of eight and the gifts that I want for Mother's Day are not worldly things, all I want is to give back the glory and thanksgiving to the Lord for blessing us with another day added to our lives. I acknowledge the support and love from families and especially my children for providing the care for myself. I pray all the mothers of Samoa enjoy their special day, and to be acknowledged for their role and hard work in caring for their families. My plans for celebrating Mother's Day are simple, my husband and children are preparing a feast while I rest and not cook on Sunday and not forgetting my brand new outfit for church. 

The greatest gift to me as a mother of six is to return the praise and gratitude to our Heavenly Father for blessing me with strength and life to live each day with my beloved family. I am forever grateful to God for His numerous blessings upon me and my family. The plans for commemorating Mother's Day is just like every year, I will have the pleasure of not doing any chores but wake up and prepare for church and come home to a family feast. 

The only gift I would like to have on Mother's Day is to be blessed by God with long life so I can spend as much time with my loving family. There are no use of gifts like brand new clothes and expensive jewelry when we don't spend time with our families. It is true what they say, time is very precious and it goes by so fast, we only need to make the most of it. As a mother of six, I find joy in seeing my family happy and united. Apart from not cooking and doing chores on Sunday we are putting on a dance show with other mothers. I wish all mothers in Samoa a wonderful Mother's Day and challenge them to be determined in maintaining peace and harmony within their families.

Mother's Day is a special day every year and all I want is a brand new outfit to wear for church and to go to the beach, have a barbecue together with the children and have some family bonding. I am a mother of eight and I am very excited for Sunday so we can all laugh and enjoy the special treatments we will be getting not only from church but also families. A mother's contribution in every family is very significant because they are the peacemakers. Without mothers a home would be incomplete.

The greatest gift that any mother would want is for her children to have a happy life and especially putting first their faith in God. No mother would want their children to fail in life and so for this year I pray that God will bless my children throughout any challenge they might face in life. But let's not forget that obedience from the kids is the main thing any parent wants because children need to heed the important advice from parents so it can guide their lives. 

A gift that I want for this upcoming Mother's Day is God blessing me with the strength and good health to live and take care of my family. As a mother of six I will be spending Sunday with my kids and we will all wake up early to attend church and then look forward to a Sunday feast because of course I will not be cooking. This is the only day throughout the whole year that I will not be doing any chores, I feel special already.
