“Who wouldn’t be happy to get first place?” Seuamuli said in an interview.
He said that there are rainy days and sunny days, and there are times where you get no sleep as the work is not easy.
“The first time I had received this award was in 2003,” he said.
He had missed out on receiving the award in some years as according to him, getting this achievement is not easy as every employee works hard for it.
“I thank the Lord for life and strength. The work is done through knowledge and wisdom,” he said.
“You heard today that the work is not easy.”
Asked about his method in gaining the Top Sales Person Award he said there is nothing more important and striving for the work, not giving up.
“Set a goal in a month, aside from the target that the corporation is looking at, I set my own goals depending on family commitments and taking care of my family, especially tuition fees for the children, it is not easy, it is not cheap,” he said.
He reiterated that there is nothing better than honesty, striving to do the work, and caring about the clients.
He explained that he fell just short of the organisation's sales targets. Not being able to attend work for three months throughout the 2020-2021 financial year, set back Seuamuli's ambitions but not his commitment.
Seuamuli said that some people are not aware of their S.L.A.C’s services as there are times when they host programmes in rural areas, people are not at home.
Despite that challenge, he mphasised that they are offering good services and people who have attended their programmes are fully aware of their service.
Seuamuli gave his thanks to his spiritual parents, he also gave his thanks to his wife and children for being patient with him as he explained that his job sometimes can be twenty four seven
