Sili withdraws petition
Sili withdrew his petition through his legal counsel on Monday.

The caretaker Minister of Finance and election-loser, Sili Epa Tuioti, has dropped a legal challenge against the winner of his seat.
The electorate of Faasaleleaga No. 1 was claimed by Matamua Vasati Matamua from the Faatuatua ile Atua Samoa ua Tasi (F.A.S.T.) party.
Sili's petition was withdrawn on Monday morning through his legal counsel.
The petition's withdrawal will be formalised in a matter of days after both parties publicly advertise their intentions to withdraw post-election legal challenges and counter challenges.
