Origin Energy turns new page

Samoa’s leading supplier of gas, Origin Energy at Sogi, has turned a new leaf. 

Yesterday, the company launched a new campaign called “We Share Your Values.” 

The campaign is Origin’s way of connecting with customers and the community at large. 

As part of the campaign, the brand has released several new advertisements focusing around Origin’s commitments to the community.  

In the re launching of the brand, Origin Energy has also delivered a new slogan which portrays the company’s core values.

The slogan is: “We Care, We Listen, We Learn and We deliver.” 

General Manger of Origin Energy Samoa, Felise Sam Chong, said this is an exciting time for the company. 

 “We care because we ensure that all of our products as safe to use in the household and we have a very proud safety record. Safety is our number one concern,” he said.

“We listen.  We want to know what the customers think and enjoy receiving feedback on the product. Which is why we’ve launched a Facebook page to be more open with our customers.”

“We Learn. We learn from the other Origin Energy companies throughout the Pacific. Origin Energy is in compliance with Australian and New Zealand standards. We’re consistently on the look out to ensure that our customers are getting top quality service and products.”

As part of the campaign, Origin is also launching a special month long promotion throughout March in which they will be giving away heaps of prizes.

Origin Energy Samoa was established in Samoa in 1994 under Boral Gas. It was changed to its current name in 2001. It currently employs 19 people.

Origin is the leading supplier of L.P.G. gas in Samoa, as well as other related services and appliances. 

The company prides itself on the fact that its supply never runs out, its safety record due to it being its number one priority, and the fact that it provides support services, repairs and maintains any type of L.P.G. appliances. 

Origin Energy also uses and maintains compliance with Australia and New Zealand standards on L.P.G. installations, handling and storage, as well as providing solutions for all their customers’ L.P.G. needs and requirements.
