Seine sets new snatch world record

Seine Stowers shattered the World Junior and Oceania records by snatching 112 kg in the 77-kilogram category at the IBFC Universal Weightlifting Cup, marking a massive milestone for Samoa and the weightlifting world.
At just 18, she is now a three-time world youth record holder and the first Samoan athlete to achieve this epic milestone.
She stumbled in her second attempt but gathered her composure to show why she is among the best in the world with her third lift.
She lifted 142 kg in the clean and jerk.
She claimed the gold medal for snatch, clean and jerk and overall.
