The written decision from Judge Talasa-Atoa Sa'aga of the conspiracy case that was heard last Friday is not ready. This was confirmed by a court registrar, saying the decision will be ready sometime this week.

When asked about a sentencing date set by the court for three defendants who were found guilty, he said it was not mentioned during the ruling on Friday.

The three defendants include Samuelu Su'a, who has been found guilty of defamation, misleading police investigations and perverting the course of justice; his wife Sivai Kepi, who was found guilty of one charge of perverting the course of justice; and Lise-Marie Schmidt, who was also found guilty of perverting the course of justice.

Under court proceedings, a date for sentence submission will be given, where counsel for prosecution and defence will submit their opinion on what the sentence should be. Following this, a date for sentencing will be set.

Prime Minister La'aulialemalietoa Leuatea Schmidt, Li'o Fa'ataumalama Auava and former Associate Minister of Police, Fepuleai Faimata Su'a were cleared by the court..
