Court dismisses Speaker’s stop order on son-in-law

The District Court has dismissed an Interim Protection Order (IPO) sought by Police on behalf of Speaker of Parliament Auapaau Mulipola Aloitafua against his daughter’s husband, Fereti Matagi Tomasi, finding there were no valid grounds for the application.
