Members of the To’omalatai family protested the reported bestowal of a chiefly title on New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon on Monday by not attending, while descendants of the Seumanutafa title say they are seeking legal advice over the use of the name “Ulumoto’otuamasinave.”
