More drama in parliament on Thursday as Minister for Works Transport and Infrastructure Olo Fiti Vaai and Minister for Public Enterprises Leatinuu Wayne Sooialo were removed from parliament and then minutes later called back in to vote on the motion of no-confidence.

When parliament resumed after the break, Olo put forward a motion for Speaker Papalii Lio Masipau and Deputy Speaker Au'uapaau Mulipola Aloitafua to step down immediately because of conflict of interest and their impartial conduct.

Papalii then called for the removal of the two cabinet ministers as arguments heated up.

More details to follow.
