Early Christmas at Rainbow Park

The Christmas spirit is already here for the young survivors of abuse and violence at the Campus of Hope as they made a trip to Rainbow Park, Apia.

The Samoa Victim Support Group's Youth Group planned the exciting event on Tuesday as one of their pre-Christmas activities. The children had a rare chance to explore the brand-new, amazing indoor park, and it's a stress-free haven for all kids.

In a statement, SVSG expressed gratitude to Rainbow Park's owner Jason Weng and his team for their commitment to supporting this event and protecting the privacy of the children from the Campus of Hope.

"Rainbow Park demonstrated the great generosity of this partner to the young victims of Samoa by providing the space for free and delivering pre-Christmas presents of toys and other items to every child from the Campus of Hope. The children had a great time on their day out and at their break, which was sponsored by our SVSG Youth Group and included lunch and refreshments," said SVSG.

Siliniu, President of the SVSG Lina Chang personally praised the SVSG Youth Group for their heartfelt support of the young victims at the Campus of Hope.

A group of young Samoan activists, the SVSG youths work to eliminate gender-based violence (GBV) in Samoa and promote juvenile well-being. The SVSG Youth Group's effort also reflects their passion and growing ability as young leaders to serve as ambassadors and advocates for human rights and victim support.
