Not enough days to enjoy Samoa

Two best friends are on vacation away from the bustling city life and into the tropical paradise, Samoa and believe they need more time to get the full Samoan experience.

Falega Ioata and Linda Onosai are both visiting from Australia and eager to relax and wash away all their pent up work stress.

Mr. Ioata has been around the Pacific and this is his first time in Samoa and is already enjoying his time here. Both of them decided to visit Papaseea sliding rocks and were blown away by the beautiful scenery and the natural water slide.

“I’ve seen this on YouTube and it’s beautiful and the people here are very warm. We don’t have this where I’m from and I’m just so blessed,” he said.

“Where I’m from in Tuvalu, we don’t have waterfalls and I really love it here and I feel like eight days is not enough.

“I came here with my best friend and we are here for eight days. We are planning to go to Toa Sua and visit all the other amazing places here. We’ll just go everywhere.”

Ms. Onosai is originally from Samoa and is very happy that she can share her home country with her best friend.

“We’re planning to come back on Christmas and this is also my first time at Papaseea. It’s just yeah, not enough days,” she said.

“What I like best about Samoa is the food. To be honest I love the barbeque here. I also love this place called Ten Below Shack, I follow them on Tiktok.

“When I first got there I bought so much food and I took a photo with the owner. I called them earlier and they were like, who is this random person calling?

“I was just so excited to see these places that I have seen and heard a lot about on Tiktok and social media.

“A lot of tourists that I follow on TikTok and everything go to Ten Below Shack and when I went, they were just so amazing, the food was great and the staff were so nice.”

They are both not ready to leave Samoa and cannot wait to come back in the Christmas season and hoping to have a longer stay in the beautiful islands in paradise.
