The use of parliamentary privileges is turning into abuse. Prime Minister Laaulialemalietoa Leuatea Schmidt used his privilege to accuse Anoamaa No.2 Member of Parliament, Lauofo Pierre Lauofo, of signing cheques to purchase narcotics.
