District Court Judge Talasa Saaga’s reason for recusing herself from Lise-Marie Schmidt’s case strikes as a bit odd, and it also confuses when she remains as the judge for Prime Minister Laaulialemalietoa Leauatea Schmidt’s pending case, where he is charged individually.
