Between the Lines
BIGGER SIGN
Maybe a bigger sign was needed to tell motorists that the Post Office Road was closed. Despite a sign being placed in the middle of the road, people kept driving in.
PARKING
People travelling to Savaii or picking people from the Mulifanua Wharf have now resorted to parking outside the gate to avoid paying the new parking fees. There is a long line of cars outside every day.
FUGALEI
Fugalei was flooded as well on Monday when the skies opened up. The thing about short-term solutions is that they work only for a short time. How do we fix this?
DEFAULTER
It will be a tough lesson for a guy who took a rental car and has not returned it. His name was plastered on social media by the car owners. Is this legal?
ROADS
New potholes are appearing everywhere. The rural roads are in a state of disrepair. In some areas whole portion of the roads had to be graded. Hopefully, work will take place soon.
FORECAST
