The national park is sinking. Well, the grandstands are and that is why the test match for the national side was not held at home. Looks like there would be no more games there.

DENGUE

A 12-year-old was evacuated because of dengue. There should be a national campaign to clean up places where mosquitoes can breed and areas should be sprayed.

SUICIDE

Drugs and crime are not the only issues impacting teens. Over a week ago, a 15-year-old took her own life. Parents need to show more interest in their children’s lives and limit the use of devices.

PARAQUAT

While most countries are banning the weedicide paraquat, Samoa continues to allow the use of it. Its impacts are documented. The government needs to make the right decision.

EXEMPTION

There is no duty exemption if people are bringing generators for reselling. Hopefully, the bigger companies did not put in massive orders hoping to make a profit.

EASTER

In just two days, the Easter holidays will be upon us. Drink responsibly, do not drink and drive, avoid fights and above all, always keep an eye on children, especially near water.
