Between the Lines
LAST DAY
Watch this space. A top elected official could be having his last day in office on Thursday. Time to move on.
REPEATERS
Some people are suckers for punishment. A person already facing court and despite being on strict bail conditions has resorted to doing the same thing that landed the person into trouble in the first place.
CONVENIENCE
The thing about a marriage of convenience is that there is no real honeymoon. It was never going to work out in the first place given the ‘love’ between the two parties.
FLUCTUATION
Power outages continue to happen. The Vaitele and Siusega areas are facing constant power fluctuations as the repairs to the underground cable take place.
PRICES
There has been no sign of a price control order for the new year. The last one was issued in December of last year. Also needed is a check on some shops.
DRUG TESTS
Samoa Airways has done their drug tests and the police were supposed to have done theirs. Hopefully, the top cop will be as transparent as the airways boss in revealing how many passed.
