FOOD SUPPLY

A lot of meat products look to be in short supply in supermarkets. Eggs and vegetables are also hard to find. Have all food products been reserved for CHOGM purposes? The ports close this weekend.

MARKING

The bus operations have shifted to Fugalei as of Monday morning. It is disappointing that the markings at the bus terminal are yet to be done. Let’s do things properly.

RETURN

The CHOGM delegates, especially the advanced party have started to arrive in Samoa. Some senior members of parliament are still out of the country.

BRAWL

Police were quick to act when a bunch of men ganged up on another. The fight allegedly started at a bar that was open on Monday night. Sticks were used to beat up the man.

EXAM FEES

District councils need to disburse money to pay for unpaid examination fees for college students. This would be a good use of the grant money rather than giving handouts.

MEDICAL TEAM

The health ministry need not worry about looking after the British monarch. He will be travelling with a team of medical professionals with the best equipment money can provide.
