LOUD MUSIC
It is amazing that those drivers who drive around with the whole speaker system from a concert in their cars are still able to hear properly. Music is deafening when these vehicles approach an area.
ALARM BUSES
Residents in town, especially near the Fugalei Bus Stand, do not need alarm clocks. The buses do a good job of waking everyone after 5am with their music blasted to a level which Pago can hear.
