Between the Lines
DAMAGES
The government will be paying for damages done to a hotel in Samoa after a party by its staff members. Several rooms were damaged and the government body involved asked if they could pay for it.
DISCIPLINE
Team Samoa was impressive but a black mark has been left because of the fights and two fights which happened within the team. There is no space for indiscipline and heads must roll.
POLICE BIBLE
Good to see police officers being given Bibles by the Australian Police. Could one be given to the police officer caught assaulting a woman on social media.
COMMUNICATION
It was lucky that the trio managed to return home safely after engine problems with their boat. Making radio communication devices compulsory can help rescue efforts greatly.
FOOD PRICES
Hopefully, the lower fuel prices are reflected in the lower food prices this month. Christmas is coming and with so many family events, people could do with lower prices of food.
ENERGY
With just a little time left before everyone in Samoa starts paying the same price for electricity, could the nation get a proper and accurate update of how long until the nation becomes totally reliant on renewable energy.
