The name of the person known as ‘O le Palemia’ has been cause for conjecture on social media for weeks. With the police now involved in a search, Ilia L Likou asked the people on the street whether they thought  it was worth the effort. Here are their thoughts:

We should find ‘O le Palemia’. Man if you’re keen to spit it out, show your face and come forward. Just show people that you have a heart to stand against what is right and what is wrong.

The government is wasting too much time and resources in trying to find ‘O LE PALEMIA’. Come on, we are living in a free world where everyone is entitled to  their own opinion and just be mindful that what other people think of you and me is none of our business...just let them be. I know the police are after ‘O le Palemia’ because of his posts about Opapo and his daughter. For Mr. Opapo, let God be the judge, I know you understand the power of forgiveness, it doesn’t make us weak, it sets us free.

The fact is, no one wants to know who ‘O le Palemia’ is.  What really matters is to find a solution for Toaipuapuaga. To be honest, Toa is not right. She needs deliverance and love. The demon is everywhere; they are dangerous, wicked spirit creatures who want to destroy us and bring destruction amongst God’s children. To Opapo and his family, please seek God’s guidance and I recommend Ps. Viliamu Mafo’e to talk to for counselling and deliverance of Toa. Yes, we need to pray and love one another for God is love, and those who abide in love, abide in God.

I don’t really care who O le Palemia’ is, what if ‘O le Palemia’ stays in Iraq. Good luck! 

If the government sends someone to handcuff ‘O le Palemia’ (from Iraq) then that person needs to have a farewell dinner with his family and loved ones before heading to Iraq. Surely, she/he will die in a bomb attack or the plane will explode in the air before landing. The best thing that the government must focus on - is the high cost of living that most of our people are struggling with everyday instead of wasting too much time finding ‘O le Palemia’.

But, personally, ‘O le Palemia’ must be a spirit of a person who has died, and what if the spirit is in hell? Then who’s going to handcuff the spirit of ‘O LE PALEMIA’ from hell? We need to be able to let go and move on.
