The Fa’atuatua ile Atua Samoa ua Tasi (F.A.S.T.) party has secured the Falealupo seat ahead of Friday’s by-elections, following the Supreme Court's decision on Monday to disqualify the candidacy of Tuitogamanaia Dr. Peniamina Leavai.
