Former Prime Minister Tuilaepa Dr. Sa'ilele Malielegaoi has vowed his Human Rights Protection Party (H.R.P.P.) will “give 500 per cent” as he conceded defeat from April’s election and prepared to take on the role of Samoa’s newest opposition party.
