The former Prime Minister, Tuilaepa Dr. Sailele Malielegaoi, has called for calm as he again questions the impartiality of the judiciary, after a decision declaring the Fa’atuatua I le Atua Samoa ua Tasi (F.A.S.T.) party the new Government of Samoa.
