The public has been informed by Digicel through posts on social media, the draw date for the Toyota Land Cruiser Double Cap Pick Up Truck is March 31st, 2021. Win a truck promotion started from 21st Jan - 31st March, 2021, they called it a truck for school, work or play! Digicel users need to buy any data plan $5 or more and be in the draw to win a Toyota Landcruiser plus weekly cash prizes. 

Members of the public were looking forward for the event today but with the mixed information from Digicel employees. The draw is today but the winner will be announced next week and later on stated that it's postponed for next week Tuesday. 

Digicel users received messages from digicel that Wednesday is the last day for entries, and that is why they came on Thursday to witness the landcruiser draw. The digicel employees told the public who were there Thursday morning, that the landcruiser draw is today and the winner will be announced next week. It is going to be a surprise for the winner by next week.

The public were somehow disappointed with why they weren't notified the winner will be announced next week. 

Sina Ioane of Faleula told the Samoa Observer that this seems so off from the van promotion digicel had before.

"I came in the morning to witness who will win the landcruiser promotion but unfortunately the winner will be announce next week,

"What is with this landcruiser draw? Why is the draw today and the winner will be announce by next week?" she said.

"If only Digicel knows how busy I am today and I dropped everything because of this truck promotion? They should inform members of the public concerning this matter so people would avoid coming over if nothing is being done today." Lusia Ilalio said.

"What on earth is this? The draw is today and the winner will be announced next week? I don't know where they come up with this kind of idea." said Tuamavae Leifi

Later on Thursday evening, the landcruiser draw hasn't been done yet. Digicel employee commented that the landcruiser promotion draw has been postpone for next week Tuesday.
