Govt. placed on notice if L.T.C. bills are passed

The Government, through the Office of the Attorney General, has been advised that legal challenges will follow if three pieces of legislation proposing to reshape Samoa’s Judiciary, Courts, and the Constitution, are passed in Parliament.
