Independent candidate for Vaimauga No.3, Puaalatamai Filemoni Filemoni, said he will support the Faatuatua i le Atua Samoa ua tasi (FAST)-led government if elected in the upcoming by-election, adding that there is an “upper hand” in working alongside the current administration.
