Upolu blackout: Island without power supply

The Electric Power Corporation is trying to locate a fault which has triggered an island-wide power blackout.
Electricity went off for the whole island of Upolu a little after 10 am on Sunday. EPC was quick to post a notice on their Facebook page about the outage.
It is unclear when the electricity for the island will be restored.
For many families the outage happened as they were getting ready for the Sunday lunch. Traffic lights have also been affected.
There have also been reports from some areas of no water supply as well.
