The teenage boy who is charged with possession of meth and utensils has been referred by Judge Justice Fepuleai Ameperosa Roma to the Youth Court on 26 February for mention.

This young defendant was charged with the other five defendants during the police raid in Lepea in November last year, where methamphetamine was found with utensils, devices and cash.

Two raids were conducted on the same day by the police. Some defendants caught in the raids had a history of similar offences.

The second 15-year-old who appeared before Justice Roma was charged with four counts of sexual connections with a family member and pleaded not guilty to all of the charges against him through his lawyer, Afa Lesa.

Justice Fepuleai has adjourned this matter to 23 June for a hearing.

Moreover, another case was mentioned before the Supreme Court of a 30-year-old man working at Talamua Media Online.

Through his lawyer, Quentin Sauaga, Polu pleaded guilty after completing the Salvation Army rehabilitation programme.

Polu will be sentenced on 13 March.
