Jennifer Livigisitone, 34, of Malololelei was declared the winner of the National Bank of Samoa Mastercard Grand Prize. She won two round-trip tickets to New Zealand and spending money.

Her 41-year-old sister Susana Livigisitone attended the award ceremony at the NBS office on Wednesday.

Susana expressed her happiness on behalf of her sister by saying that she would be thrilled to have won it.

“Since she is currently in Fiji with her family, where they have settled and established their business, I will let her know about the award and allow her to choose who will use the round-trip ticket for her," she said.

All NBS customers who made purchases of $20 or higher using their NBS Mastercard, either through EFTPOS or online platforms from 1 July to 31 December 2024, were automatically entered into the draw.

NBS chief executive officer Papalii Samuel Swann said the bank was committed to providing rewarding options for customers, locally and internationally.

"This campaign is a testament to our dedication to enhancing the customer experience with the NBS Mastercard, offering not only local convenience but also the flexibility to access services globally. With over 27,000 ATMs available to our customers worldwide and more locations on the horizon-we continue to deliver on our promise to make banking easy and rewarding," he said.
