Police issues wanted notice for Sam

A wanted notice has been issued by the Samoa Police, Prisons and Corrections Services (‘SPPCS’) for the man known to many as Sam Sua, the man who claims to be the eyewitness to a hit and run which took the life of a teen in 2021.

This individual has made claims against people who he says were responsible for the death and has made further claims that he was allegedly paid to kill two cabinet ministers.

Police have called on the public for information that would lead to three people whom the notice has been issued for.

 Fauena Leautuli Toese Sua also known as Samuelu or Sam Simiko is 41-years-old and from Tafa’igata, Sapulu Salelologa and Tanugamanono.


Also on the wanted notice is Marie Tusi Kepi also known as Koteen. A 20-year-old woman from Tanugamanono and Sa’asa’ai .

The third person the list is Sivai Kepi Mamea also known as Ruby, she is a 39-years-old and from Vaitele, Satupa’itea, Papa and Malololelei.

The Samoa Police have asked the public to contact them for any sighting of these individuals. Police also reminded the public that it is a criminal offence when a person knowingly harbors someone who is wanted by the Police.

The public has been advised to call 22222 or go to the nearest Police Station if they have any information on these individuals.
