Samoa's champion women's football club Kiwi FC is not happy with the sports governing body Football Federation Samoa (F.F.S.) claiming their points and standings were manipulated and they were robbed of their prizes.

Their frustrations were looming on social media with members and players of the club calling out the Federation to speak out or clarify the matter after the prize giving was carried out unexpectedly and without the scores or results being explained during the prize giving ceremony.

A member of the club who is a high position said the Kiwi Club played in all 18 games of the season and won 17. The club drew one match as well.

According to the club member, the season which comprised 18 games throughout the year was divided into two.

"The thing is, the players are not taking to social media just for fun because all the players are frustrated having to pour all their strength into these games throughout the year and just for them to manipulate the results," said the member of the club.

The member of the club also explained that they reached out to the F.F.S, but the only response from them was a letter inviting them to the prize giving when they were seeking answers to the queried results.

She added that the reason given by the federation later was that one of the players for the Kiwi club did not complete her player transfer , which the club claims is not true.

According to the member of the club, this player played in the Oceania Football Confederation Women's Champions League in Papua New Guinea this year. A player is only allowed to play if their transfer is completed and done properly as it is recognised by OFC as well.

The Kiwi Club women's team is claiming to have won the championship title this year due to their clean sweep however, they only received a prize for the second place of the second season of the two seasons which the tournament was divided in this year.

According to Samoa Observer's reliable source, the Kiwi Club which is claiming to have had a clean sweep of the tournament in this year's two seasons and should have been crowned champions. The club later found out that the F.F.S' system recorded them as having eight wins and seven losses while their match that was a tie was not recorded.

Meanwhile, Samoa Observer tried to seek a comment from the F.F.S since last week but were unsuccessful.
