The values instilled by a school into its pupils is sometimes shown when the students give back to their schools and this is what one successful former student has done for her school.

Samoa Stationery and Books Limited Chief Executive Officer Afioga Tofilau Fiti Leung Wai is a former student of Samoa College and she has supported a course by the Samoa College Old Pupils Association.

The association received support from SSAB for the commemoration of Samoa College’s 70th Anniversary.

Tofilau along with her management who also attended the college proudly presented SSAB’s donation of $5,000 tala to Fuimaono Asiata Aloali’i Wright and Rudy Bartley who acted on behalf of SCOPA.

“All glory to our Heavenly Father that SSAB is able to help. Samoa College contributed immensely to our educational journey and it’s befitting that we donate to support our school’s 70th Anniversary” said Tofilau.

Fuimaono Asiata Aloali’i Wright acknowledged the ongoing support of Tofilau and SSAB for all the SCOPA events.

“We are very thankful for your ongoing support for SCOPA. There’s never a time that we reach out to you for assistance that you don’t respond to, you always help us”.

SSAB continues to be a strong supporter of SCOPA because of Tofilau’s heart for her school.

Aside from sponsoring SCOPA activities SSAB is also the major sponsor for one of the College’s prominent calendar events which is their Career Day.

Tofilau acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the SCOPA Executives and everyone working hard to coordinate the much-anticipated Samoa College 70th Anniversary.

“I commend everyone’s contribution to making the celebration of SCOPA’s 70th Anniversary a memorable one. We wish you all the best with the event and break a leg” said Tofilau.

Samoa College is considered to be one of the top schools in the country and throughout the years has produced Samoa’s finest and successful people including Tofilau.
