The Head of the Ophthalmology Unit at the Tupua Tamasese Meaole National Hospital (T.T.M.) and the only eye specialist in Samoa Dr. Lucilla Ah Ching-Sefo has turned down a job offer at the American Samoa Health Department and will stay to serve her community.
