As Recognised Seasonal Employment (R.S.E.) attracts many Samoans to migrate to overseas, the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (M.A.F.) continues to strengthen local coastal villages with other alternatives to create more employment opportunities locally and stop the labour drain which is affecting industry as well.
