U.S.P. President "happy" to be allowed back in Fiji

The Vice Chancellor and President of the University of the South Pacific (U.S.P.) has welcomed the decision by Fiji's new Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka which could see the academic return to work at the institutions head office in Laucala Bay in Suva and ending his exile in Samoa.
