The so-called Blue Book determinations were based on what the Samoan govt officials recommended Comm Sec.

The point here is that there was never any consultations in so far as the media aspect is concerned. The outcome that we were told for the first time two days ago, is all in favour of the Govt media.

So I'd say that that was/were the recommendations you gave CommSec that the media restrictions are now based on.

And you misled the public in yesterday's briefing when you blamed Lagi Keresoma for not responding as I myself had been waiting for your availability with Agafili so we can give our input into the CHOGM media coverage.

How come Lagi gets all your forwarded emails and she didn't get your one email or phone call to meet on CHOG Media coverage?

Was the Host Broadcaster ever tendered?

Several local media owners were interested and could have put in a tender. Where was it tendered? Was the Official Photographer for CHOGM tendered? Or you appointed yourselves?

These are the issues.
