Interesting to note that U.S. as the only nation to have contributed to the UN Green Fund. 

U.S. gave $1Bn dollars. China zilch Russia zilch Germany zilch India zilch.etc 

So I guess its easy to understand why Trump pulled out of the Paris Accord (not a Treaty which is binding).

 Renegotiating so that it doesn’t penalize America. 

Some say it was illegal anyway as it did not go through Congress as it was constitutionally required. 

The U.S. is ahead of targets set in Paris Accord. Samoa should through the US ambassador request climate change assistance.
