The Men in Black are real. Two were spotted at the courthouse in their trench coats, black long pants, hats and sunglasses. They could also be part of the secret service.

BATTERED

Many people were taken aback as they drove through the town areas on Thursday morning. A woman was beating up her spouse. For the sake of gender equality, there should be an organisation looking after battered men.

NUMBERS

A few telephone numbers appear as ‘Suspected Scam’ when dialled out or receiving calls. It was first noticed when dialling 22222. What could be causing this?

NUMBER PLATES

Quite a few people are driving around, especially at night, without number plates. Some people doing this are up to no good, as they are driving recklessly. Another explanation is that there is a gang of thieves going around stealing number plates.

SIGNS

Some shops have put up signs outside their shops to deter people from sitting outside and drinking. In some places, this is a regular practice. Some laws say this is illegal.

MINORS

Most shops are not following laws regarding the sale of alcohol and cigarettes to minors. Primary school-aged children have been seen buying alcohol and cigarettes. It may be for an adult waiting in the car, but it is illegal.
