BLOCKING
The comments section did little to block out the rude and nasty comments as much of these were said inside the parliament. Close to 10,000 people tuned to the live parliament session online and countless on television.
AMUSING
Many found the parliament session on Thursday to be very amusing. When asked why, someone commented that it was like watching school children argue during a school fight.
MY HOUSE
A minister has claimed the airport and a bureaucrat has owned up to the tent. Looks like the Speaker will soon say, “That’s my parliament.”
ON THE RUN
Family members of a man convicted of a sexual crime asked police officers escorting the man to prison if they could take him home to pack his clothes. Police responded by saying they did not want another man on the run.
CHANGE
Taxi drivers need to carry change. Some are using the excuse so make the extra cash when they see the passenger taking out a big note.
NEPOTISM
An insider in the money ministry says the hiring of new staff in one of the divisions has been done based on whom you know and not how much you know. This needs to stop.
