A new court battle has been registered. Get ready for another constitutional challenge. This one is by the blue party. Something that the divided red party did not want.

LANDSLIDES

The authorities may consider the need to put up retaining walls or strengthen the cliffsides next to the roads heading to Siumu. Landslides are becoming too common.

GENERATORS

A few power cuts were felt in some areas. It looks like work is still going on the second generator is still ongoing and while that happens a generator at the Taelefaga power station is also down.

PROMISES

Unfulfilled promises by the red party have been shifted to the manifesto for the next general election. Empty words and no action seem to be a trademark for parties.

KEPT BUSY

The police were kept busy on Friday night as many celebrated their Valentine’s Day in the clubs. Some spouses were also busy looking for the other half making sure they did not lose their way home.

EXAM FEES

Some students will not be going for higher education because their exam fees from last year remain unpaid. Who is to blame, the parents, the school or the system?
